  8. How do I keep contact with all of my prospects?

    iProCenter has a built in database. Prospects are added automatically when they make a request from your interactive iPro web site.

    Also, suppose someone calls you about a home you have for sale, but does not want to look until next month? Add them to your iPro database, choose an Automated Follow up system, and iProCenter does the rest for you. They automatically receive email communications from you with zero effort on your part!

  9. How do I keep track of all the e-mails?

    Once again, iProCenter does it all for you! From your iPro address book, each client or prospect is identified easily as to which system and which email they have received.

  10. Do I have to make sure all these e-mails are sent?

    NO. As we said before, you can check the status of every Prospect simply by looking under their name in your iPro address book. Everything is done automatically, once a Prospect is set to a specific "module", they emails in that module will continue until all of the messages have been delivered. Again, you don't have to do anything for this system to keep running.

  11. Can I really use the flyers from iProCenter for my listings?

    Yes, once you input a listing, a property flyer will be automatically generated. Then, you simply print them out to use at your listing.

    Also, you can send a broadcast email flyer of your new listing to hundreds, thousands or even one person. One click of the mouse and you are mass email marketing.

  12. What type of calendar is included?

    The iProCenter calendar allows you to place your to-do list, your appointments, and just your regular daily schedule in front of you every day. You can even have yourself emailed as a reminder for the items for the next day.

  13. What exactly do you mean by drip system?

    The ‘drip system’ of follow up utilizes consistent contacts to keep your name in front of a prospect and deliver value-added information. Here’s how it works with iProCenter's Automated Marketing System: a prospect inquires about a home and registers to get more information. Then they AUTOMATICALLY receive consistent communication from you at predetermined times. Each email contact is already written and in place. In other words, they will receive e-mail 1 on the 3rd day after they registered on your web site, they will receive e-mail 2 on the 8th day etc. You do nothing. Your iProCenter Automated Marketing System does the work. When the prospect does respond to one of the follow up e-mails, you can then provide assistance and earn a client.

  14. How do I use the database? Can I change fields or is it pre-formatted?

    We've built a powerful, easy to use database to help you manage your clientele. We've included all the fields you need and have made it easy to add, edit, or remove clients. It's so easy, in fact, that when new clients sign up for a market analysis or anything else offered by your website, they are entered into your address book automatically!

    Also, you can import and export contact to and from your iProCenter Address Book/Database...it's easy to do.

  15. Do You Provide Any Training

    iProcenter believes in helping you right from the start. Although it is not mandatory, we highly encourage you to listen to any or all of our 24 hr. Telephone Workshop access system which allows you to access any one, or all of these Workshops via telephone anytime you choose. And as often as you need to. We make it easy for you to succeed on-line and off.

  16. How do I put my listings, with pictures, onto my site?

    Like everything else in iProCenter, it's simple. First fill out the "add a listing" form. This is the form you use to enter all the information about the new listing. Now simply click the "browse" button to find the picture file that you want on the listing, then choose "upload picture" button. After selecting the correct file, you will have a picture uploaded and you're done! It's that quick. You can have 1,2,3 or 4 pictures on your listing. This system will also create a flyer or e-mail information to a prospect.

  17. How do I get back and forth from my Virtual Office to my web site?

    It's easy! You can view your personal website anytime by simply typing in your website address. Or you can always view your site by clicking on the "My Website" tab in your virtual office and view your web site from here.

  18. How do I change the information links I want on my web site?

    It's easy. From your iProCenter Virtual Office, click the blue/gray tab called "My Website" to get Website Preferences. From here you can easily edit any part of your web site. You can add, edit, or remove links on the "helpful links" page in your site. If you need detailed instructions, go to your nav bar (top yellow/beige area) and click on HELP to view the Help Pages.

  19. How do you edit the web site ?

    It's a no-brainer! From your customized iProCenter Virtual Office, simply click "My Web Site" tab. From here you have the power to easily customize almost every aspect of your personal website. The pages of your web site are listed. Just click on the page you want to change information on. There are other changes you can make listed as well...color scheme, personal information, etc.

  20. How can I use the Automated Follow up systems for my business now?

    You can automatically have messages sent to all sellers by using iProCenter's Automated Follow-Up systems. (auto-responders) My sellers receive weekly emails for the term of their listing and I never lift a finger!

    Also, once a home goes under contract, you can have the buyer or seller receive emails automatically until closing.

  21. How do I change the picture on the web site to my own?

    You do this by Logging ON to your iProcenter Virtual Office. From the desktop, click on the web site image on the top right hand side of the wall. This takes you to a page that lists all of the pages and type of changes available for you to make, called Website Preferences. Click on "Edit the Contents of Your Home Page". This will get you to the front page of your web site for editing. Click on the picture itself and it will allow you to upload a new picture.

  22. What happens after I add a listing?

    When you add a listing, it actually reverts to the edit page so that you can immediately upload the pictures of the listing. To get back to the main listing page, use the navigation bar.

  23. Can I use my own domain ?

    Yes, iProCenter does allow you to use your own domain name. It is a simple 2 - 3 step process that takes up to 6 days. If you have a domain name already, you just need to go to the company you purchased the domain from. Request a DNS Domain Name Server Change using the iProcenter name servers given to you. When that step is complete, you simply come back to us, to complete the process. Use our detailed instructions to help you through this process.

    If you have not obtained a domain name yet, you can purchased one from a company that sells domain names. We guide you through this process in our free training classes, in the Help Pages, and in the instructional page for this process.

  24. How do customers go to my web site if they don't see my Virtual Office?

    You have a web address that you signed up for when you started. Your user name is the key. Your web site is http://iprocenter.com/(your username). You can go see your site from your Virtual Office via the Website Preferences Menu, or navigate to it using the web address. You can get your own domain name if you choose as well. See the question regarding domain names.

  25. How Do I Change My Password

    With iProcenter, you can change your password as many times as you need. From your virtual office, simply click on the "Security" option in your navigational bar. You will then get the Password Change Page. That easy.

  26. I heard about you in a Rand seminar. I am a new licensee and I am not sure if I need this

    If someone had dragged me to a Rand seminar at the beggining of my real estate career, I would not have had to struggle those first few years. You are doing everything right. And you will get there alot faster than most. We have agents that have been in the business 3 years, who are out producing agents in the business 10+ years. The real estate industry is rapidly changing. As a new agent, you need to start right way. Don't develop the old thinking habits of past times. The consumer of the future, Internet world, will not wait for you.

  27. How Does iProcenter Work

    When a consumer comes to your iPro website, they will find several items of benefit that they would like to take advantage of. They complete a template requesting the information. Then, iPro automatically will do the following:

    • add that lead to your iPro addr bk
    • add that lead to a designated auto-responder
    • alert you that you have a new lead
    • automatically send out the report (if applicable).
    You do nothing. Just watch your addr bk grow. Harvest the leads. The auto-responders are a group of carefully crafted email messages used by top producers to service their clients.

    These email messages go out at different intervals, continually keeping your lead informed and your name in their mind. The subject line includes items of benefit to them. About home warranties, Home inspections, and other items of benefit to the consumer. Always about the consumer. Give them what they need and want. And make it easy for them to get it.

    When you register, iProcenter will automatically create your username & password based on the username you enter at registration. For example, if the username is Mary; then, the email would be mary@iprocenter.com. The website addr is www.iprocenter.com/mary. Now, you can change the website address. The email address will remain as is, because it will be used to send out all the auto-responders on your behalf.

    You can buy domains names with any vendor of your choice. Sites like www.godaddy.com or www.supraglobal.com or www.web.com sell domain names for under $10.00 annually.
